Kathryn is a Counselling Psychologist. She has extensive experience working in the NHS, mental health charity, private sector and workplace settings.
Kathryn employs an integrative therapeutic style, working collaboratively to tailor her interventions to the individual needs of the client. Her approach draws on humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural modalities as well as systemic therapeutic approaches.
Kathryn offers both long and short term client work. She works with individuals experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, stress, work and relationship difficulties, eating disorders, bereavement and loss.
In addition, Kathryn is a Bowen Systems coach and consultant for churches, charities and businesses. She is also a visiting research fellow & MBA course lecturer at London South Bank University Business School. Kathryn’s corporate work seeks to mature leadership, foster greater employee resilience and well-being as well as enhance organisational functioning.
Kathryn completed her clinical doctorate in Counselling Psychology at University of Roehampton. She also holds a BA(Hons) and MA(Oxon) in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University. Kathryn is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and British Psychological Society.
